Ok i recently talked to someone who is in an another Linkshell (they also in my social) and he is on Tier 3 chambers, and do Odin, he told me a few things that they do to make sure they win, which we may be able to use and should try.
All Melee should /nin - Although this may not bring as much damage, it seriously reduces damage to DDs on tp and Aoe moves which there is a lot of, and specially on Mega Bosses, this will make sure they survive longer to keep dishing out the damage.
2 Main Assists - So far Tka has been only assist, i think this may be too slow, and it would be better if we had 2 (probably Jeshunas can be 2nd), then they could take it in turns to call out assist so the DDs can move from mob to mob a lot quicker and smoother.
No Tanking - No Tanks including Tka should be engaged in a fight, they should all be focusing on holding mobs, and using /assist
MNK and SAM /nins can tank easy enough on these mobs apparently.
Also PLDs should bring other subjobs to help hold mobs, subbing /rdm may help a lot better to do this.
BLMs - BLM should all sub /whm, they are not as useful without Raise and the extra curing.
Stun Orders - Yes stunning certain things is essential to help with some Mega Boss, and those people who have it, specially BLM, need to work together more to make sure the order is kept up and people know when to expect big moves.
PLD puller - PLD should pull mobs, they can survive more, and the hate automatically goes to them.
No NIN or THF - I have been told that THFs and NIN do not have much use in Einherjar, if anyone who is using those jobs have any other jobs i suggest you do so, if not well all i can say is, THF should DD, NIN should act like a PLD and hold mobs.
And these two below i just added myself
More Power - This is obvious , if we want to progress, people will need to work on getting more better gears and meriting, all that will accumalate and make these runs a lot easier, this takes time of course.
More Teamwork - Once again obvious, more teamwork, knowing what to expect from each other, and not even having to ask for things (like haste on dd), will make these runs a lot smoother, and easier.
Ok i do not have any more at this time, i will say how we have been doing these runs, we have been doing very well, we have not thought out of the box and been treating these runs like Dynamis runs, which of course this is not, its time to use these new tips to possibly turn this hard work we put in, into victorys with maybe some abjuration drops!
All the above should be discussed between Tka, me and all the pearlsacks, its a big change in the way we have looked at doing these runs, but thinking of it like this, to me it makes very good sense.
